Ia adalah riba nasa’. Situasi 4 1. Customer lock harga pada nilai semasa dan berjumpa dealer emas. 2. Customer menyerahkan duit mengikut harga yang ditempah. 3. Dealer serahkan emas kepada customer beserta resit. Dibenarkan oleh syariat kerana dalam masa yang sama. Situasi 5 1. Customer tempah emas pada harga semasa. 2. Customer membayar emas kepada dealer dan dapatkan emas tersebut. 3. Emas tersebut telah digadai. 4. Hasil gadaian 65% itu telah digunakan untuk membeli lagi emas pada harga yang sama tadi. Duit telah diserahkan sepenuhnya kepada dealer. 5. Selepas emas telah diperolehi, emas tersebut sekali lagi telah digadai. Tiada halangan dan dibenarkan oleh syariat. Situasi 6 1.
